James and Mary Olliver to John Smith, both of Anson Co, for £50 proc money, 200 acres on southwest side of Peedee, beginning at James Vanderford’s line on south side of small branch of Savannah Creek, including the plantation whereon Samuel Phillips now dwells, lying between the head braches of Savannah Creek and Cedar Creek, part of 400 acres granted to John Smith 16 Dec 1769 and since conveyed to Timothy Montseer by his death to his brother, Thos Montseer, and from him to James Olliver.
