Comments

(This is the first mention of Joel Phillips in Anson Co records that I have found. Joel must have been born by 1738 to be 21 years old in 1759. Several descendants of Joel Phillips have been DNA tested and their DNA indicates they belong to Phillips Family DNA Group 8.)
