(This deed indicates that Zachariah was at least 21 years old by 1754, which means he must have been born by 1733. Zachariah was supposedly born about 1730, and his first child appears to have been born by 1753. Several descendants of Zachariah Phillips have been DNA tested and their DNA indicates they belong to Phillips Family DNA Group 8.)(Actual date in document was 17/18 Jan 1754)
