(According to Carol Vanderwalker's rootsweb file, this William Phillips was the son of Abraham and Sarah Caroline Phillips born 4 Feb 1804. He was the twin brother of John Phillips. William married second Millie Spillman and third Elizabeth Jane Hunter. He is buried in the Baltimore Methodist Church Cemetery. According to Carol Lay�s rootsweb file, Sarah Glenn was born 16 May 1799 in Surry County and died 16 April 1855 in Surry County. Dates are from her headstone in Spillman Cemetery, Yadkin County. Her father was Jeremiah Glenn and her grandfather was Tyree Glenn of Hanover County, VA.)
