John Samuel Phillips (1775-1875) was the putative son of Ann Haisley and John Phillips, who moved to Stokes County, NC from Quakertown, PA in about 1789. Salome Sarah Sides/Seiz (1775-1857) was the daughter of Johann Michael Seitz and Philippina Elisabeth Rominger.)
