(Solomon was supposedly born ca 1759 and may have died July 1834 in Surry County. The putative names of Solomon's children were Sarah, Bennett, William, Elizabeth, Polly and John, which indicates that his parents were probably Bennett and Elizabeth Phillips. Note that Richard Phillips married Nancy Logan in 1804.)
